Dear Give Promotion clients and contacts,

 

I would like to offer an unreserved apology for the IT glitch which resulted
in you being copied on a normally standard promotional email.

 

Sadly our emergency moderator mail function was briefly compromised in what
appears to be a random act of callous cyber vandalism.

 

Fortunately our IT department managed to address the problem immediately and
only a small handful of you were affected.

 

Nonetheless we deeply regret the offence and inconvenience caused by this
incident.

 

Anyone who has worked with us will bear testament to the fact that Give
Promotion values professionalism, confidentiality and ethics above all else
and so we will, of course, honour all requests from those asking to be
removed from our mailing list.
