[Mondeor] A Biblical view on healing - evening services

Dear Friends

 

                     7As you go, preach this message: 'The kingdom of heaven
is near.'

                     8Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse those who have
leprosy,

                       drive out demons. Freely you have received, freely
give. (Matthew 10)                                  

 

In the following Sunday evening services we are going do a series on a
biblical view of healing as well as practice by praying for each other. The
services will be held downstairs in the "He - brews bistro"  and
refreshments will be available. 

 

Some of the topics we will cover over the next few months are: 

 

-         Difficulties with the Charismatic/Pentecostal view of healing

-         Is healing guaranteed in the atoning work of Jesus Christ?

-         The problem with techniques and formulas

-         One individual healer vs. a healing church

-         Faith and expectancy

-         Ministering the Kingdom in the power of the Holy Spirit

-         Ministering healing to the emotions, to the demonized, to the
physically ill, to the dying etc

-         Healing as both an event and a process
