[Mondeor] Interview with potential youth pastor

Dear friends, 

 

Please join us for 10 minutes after the Sunday morning service (28th of
November). We would like to introduce Siki Nazo, our potential new youth
pastor. 

He graduates on Thursday from Baptist Theological College with a Bth. degree
with honors in youth ministry. 

He is 28 years old, speaks 10 of South Africa's languages and is engaged to
a lovely young lady who works in Alberton

He also has a ND in sports management and has played rugby for the Vodacom
Lions third team

 

You will have an opportunity to ask him questions about the ministry he
would like to start, so that the whole church can get behind him: 

 

Here are some ideas for the type of questions you can ask: 

    

What is his understanding of the gospel

How will he reach out to youth?

What strategy will he pursue?

What ministry has he already accomplished with youth Etc?

 

He will need to find a job as we cannot afford a fulltime youth pastor, but
we are trusting that giving will increase so that we can top up his salary
