To all Members of the Mondeor Community Church,

 

Re: Annual General Meeting

 

Please note that the church AGM will be held on:

 

            Date:               Sunday,  21 August 2011

            Venue:            Mondeor Community Church

            Time:              After the morning Service

You are required, as one of the constitutional duties of being a member of
the Church, to attend this meeting. It is important that you do come as this
is your opportunity to exercise your right to be a part of the planning and
future of the Church with regard to election of deacons and financial
decisions. These decisions cannot be made without your input, as it is the
members, under the headship of the Lord Jesus Christ, who appoint, and hold
the leadership accountable.

 

NB: If you are unable to attend this meeting, please let Sandra know (011
941 2055) by Tuesday 16 August 2011.
