PLAY A PART IN SHAPING THE EMPLOYER OF THE FUTURE!

Which career goals do you hope to attain within the next three years? In
which industries would you ideally like to work? Taking into account
your interests and abilities, which organisations would provide the best
match for you?

Employers are interested in how you answer these questions. By finding
out what really matters to professionals when choosing a future career
and an employer, they hope to meet these expectations and thereby
attract the right candidates.

Independent research company Magnet Communications seeks to improve the
communication between SA's future talent (you!) and the world of work.
To support them in this aim we, together with several other leading
Professional and/or Alumni Associations have partnered with them in a
short online survey.

We really encourage you to participate and value your feedback. Our
hope is that this process will not only encourage you to think
proactively about your future, but also help make organisations become
more attractive employers. The survey is user-friendly and should not
take more than 20 minutes of your time to complete. Your individual
response will be kept anonymous and confidential.

Don't miss this chance to voice your opinions and win one of several
Apple iPod nanos, magazine subscriptions or book vouchers!

To begin, please click the survey URL below:

If you have any questions about the survey, please feel free to send an
email to research at magnetcomm.co.za.

Thank you for your participation.
