relevance in our environment.

The general feedback was that the contents could indeed facilitate a
better understanding of engineering issues.

We have therefore decided to circulate the document to you and trust

would appreciate it if you could suggest further questions 

to be answered and then added to this existing "pool" of Q & A's.
