This is a reminder to the e-mail and questionnaire sent out two weeks
ago.  The response received from the initial e-mail was very poor.  

 

If you have already responded, thanks very much for your time and your
willingness to assist is appreciated.  If you haven't responded, please
assist me with my research.  Completing the attached questionnaire will
only take approximately five minutes of your time.

 

Please find attached a questionnaire that forms part of a research
requirement of a Masters in Engineering Management degree at the
University of Pretoria.

 

Please open the Excel document attached and follow the instructions
given in the survey.  The survey will take approximately five minutes to
complete.  Please press the save button when you have completed
answering the questions.

 

You can forward (and not reply to) this e-mail and the saved completed
survey to vramsunder at sarcc.co.za

 

Your responses will remain totally anonymous.
