	Offered by Allyson Lawless, this course promises to help motivate young people towards developing competencies and positive attitudes with respect to workplace training that will greatly enhance their value in the professional team. Topics to be covered will include:

	·         The project cycle and developing workplace training plans

	·         Engineering competencies and outcomes

	·         The ECSA registration process

	·         The value of a Portfolio of Evidence
