Dear Members,

 

Please ensure that mentors, supervisors and HR staff join us for the following course:

 

The road to registration with ECSA, for mentors, supervisors and human resources.

 

Offered by Allyson Lawless, this course promises to impart the practical skills to mentors, supervisors and human resources needed to understand and navigate the registration of candidates at the workplace. Topics to be covered will include:

 

·         Roles and responsibilities of mentors, supervisors and human resources practitioners 

·         Developing workplace training plans

·         Engineering competencies and outcomes

·         The ECSA registration process

·         Soft-skills challenges and motivation 

·         The value of a Portfolio of Evidence

·         Reporting and assessment of candidates
