INDUCTION SEMINAR EARLY BIRD ENDS 14 SEPTEMBER

The one-day induction seminar on the revised South African Loading Code will be presented at the following centres:

Stellenbosch: Monday 31 October 2011
Johannesburg: Wednesday 2 November 2011
Durban: Tuesday 8 November 2011
Pretoria: Thursday 10 November 2011

REGISTRATION
Please complete the attached registration form and return it to Mrs Amanda de Wet by emailing to amandadw at sun.ac.za<mailto:amandadw at sun.ac.za> or faxing to 021 808 4947.

FEES
The deadline for the Early Bird registration of R4 400 is 14 September 2011, after which the standard fee of R4 900 applies. Proof of full payment is required by the deadline of 14 September 2011 to qualify for the discount. This also applies to company payment when an invoice is submitted.

A discount of 10% applies for 2 - 4 delegates from one company and a discount of 20% for 5+ delegates from one company.

COMPANY PAYMENT
An invoice will be issued only if requested if this method of company payment is preferred. Please allow sufficient time for registration of your company as creditor to Stellenbosch University and for payment to be completed before the deadline. Please state the invoice and debtor's number when making a payment and fax proof of payment to 021 808 4947.
