extensive deliberation and consultation, the SAICE Executive Board resolved to
discontinue the co-operation with ICE in the current format in the form of a

Civil Division will be disbanded in May 2010 and replaced with a sub committee
under the new restructured SAICE International Panel and recommended that it be
named the SAICE-ICE Joint Committee.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

an integrated governance system for SAICE International relations dealing with
ICE, ASCE, WFEO, AEF, RAE, UNESCO, EAP as well as <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

lang=EN-GB style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Arial'>ReDR (if their request to
be incorporated into SAICE is accepted by the Executive Board).<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

and therefore The Joint Civil Division subscriptions remain valid as sent out,
