these questions, the Department of Construction Economics and Management, in
conjunction with the Department of Psychology at the University of Cape Town,
have embarked on a project to establish the nature and extent of stress within

style='font-family:"Helvetica","sans-serif"'>construction industry - as
experienced by professional people such as yourself.</span> <o:p></o:p></p>

deals with issues such as: contextual demographic data; perceptions of job task
demands; job control; organisational stressors; support at work; harassment and
discrimination; substance use; effects of stress; and the overall perceived
