	It will be appreciated if you could let us know what your views
are about  the current research environment, since SAICE is meeting
regularly with various Government Structures and we are constantly
addressing the need for research. It is, however, very difficult for us
if the information that we convey is often only anecdotal. We believe,
for example, that research grants are totally inadequate in terms of the
amounts allowed.

	 

	Members are encouraged to visit the National Research Foundation
website to see what research funding is available in their field of
work.
