       NOMINATION OF MEMBERS FOR THE WATER ENGINEERING DIVISIONAL COMMITTEE

 

In terms of the Rules of the Division, I hereby call for the nomination of candidates for election to the Divisional Committee for 2009.  Nominations which are duly proposed, seconded and accepted by the nominee on the prescribed form below, and a short CV of the nominee, should be submitted to the Secretary of the Division at the above address on or before 31 January 2009.  Nominations may also be faxed.

 

Committee members are required to attend four meetings during the year in the Gauteng area.  Normally, no reimbursements are made for travelling expenses.  Where committee meetings cannot be co-ordinated with other visits, the cost of a maximum of one visit will be reimbursed by the Division on special request.

          NOMINASIES VIR ADDITIONELE LEDE VIR DIE WATERINGENIEURSWESE KOMITEE

 

Ooreenkomstig die Reëls van die Afdeling, word hiermee nominasies vir lede vir verkiesing tot die Komitee vir die Afdeling Wateringenieurswese vir 2009 gevra.  Nominasies, volledig voorgestel, gesekondeer, en deur die genomineerde op die nominasievorm hieronder aanvaar, asook 'n kort CV deur die genomineerde, moet voor 31 Januarie 2009 by die Sekretaris van die Afdeling by bostaande adres ingedien word.  Nominasies kan ook per faks gestuur word.

 

Dit word van komiteelede verwag om vier vergaderings gedurende die jaar in Gauteng by te woon. Komiteelede word normaalweg nie vir reiskoste vergoed nie.  Waar komiteevergaderings nie met ander werksbesoeke gekombineer kan word nie, sal die reiskoste van hoogstens een besoek op spesiale aanvraag deur die Afdeling gedra word.
