Apply for a Transnet Bursary for 2011

(B Eng or B Sc Quantity Surveying and B Sc Environmental Management)

 

Transnet Limited is a focused freight transport company delivering
integrated, efficient, safe, reliable and cost-effective services to
promote economic growth in South Africa.

 

Transnet's core divisions are: Transnet Freight Rail, Transnet Rail
Engineering, Transnet Pipelines, Transnet Port Terminals and Transnet
National Ports Authority.

 

As part of our human capital development strategy, we are offering
bursaries to B Eng or B Sc Engineering, B Sc Quantity Surveying and B Sc
Environmental Management students. We are doing this to address
Transnet's  skills needs, taking into account our growth strategy.

 

Grade 12 learners (SA citizens) with outstanding achievements, minimum
five symbols in Mathematics and Physical Science are encouraged to apply
for our comprehensive bursaries in the following disciplines:

 

*	Civil 
*	Electrical (Heavy Current) 
*	Electronic 
*	Mechanical 
*	Industrial 
*	Metallurgy 
*	Quantity Surveying 
*	Environmental Management 

 

Current students studying towards the above qualifications with
excellent academic records (only SA citizens without ay other bursary
obligations) are also invited to apply.
