"The CSIR Built Environment and Pavement Modelling Corporation are glad
to announce that the Flexible Pavement Design course will again be
presented in 2010.  The programme covers aspects related to design
traffic estimation, deflection analysis, structural capacity analysis,
HMA design and rehabilitation investigation.  The course is accredited
for CPD points. Detail on the course can be found in the attached
brochure."
